Its members have strongly influenced contemporary Bolivian painting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eRomero studied at the Escuela de Bellas Artes and the Escuela Nacional de Maestros in Bolivia and later at the Faculty of Plastic Arts of the University of Chile and at the Engraving Workshop of the Museum of Modern Art in Rio de Janeiro.
